Customer service is a very important part of the gotomalta Company.
The company deems to do everything it can before, during and after your holiday.

You decide on the level of customer service you require, gotomalta staff are available for contact 7 days a week either here in the UK or when you are in Malta.

One of the main aims of this company is to remain flexible and listen to the customers needs.

So if you want contact with a holiday rep 7 days a week the option is there. However if you decide you prefer 1 or 2 visits or no visits at all the choice is completely yours.

Managing Director of gotomalta Jo Ogburn says "after working overseas for 14 years for a tour operator I believe I have a good understanding of customer service and what a customer needs before and during their holiday. We will always remain flexible to suit your needs whilst you are away, u tell us what YOU want from us"

One thing you will not get from gotomalta is hassle and pushy sales, if you want to enhance your holiday with excursions and car hire we can provide it for you. However you will not have a welcome meeting with a hard sales pitch when you arrive. Again you tell us what YOU want to do and we can make all the necessary arrangements for you.

Malta is and English speaking island, no matter where you are or what help you need you will always find the Maltese will help you with any question query or problem you may have. Don’t waste your valuable holiday time waiting to speak to a rep, receptions are all manned 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and know all the information you will need during your stay.

There is also a holiday rep available at the end of the telephone, who can arrange a visit to you to suit you, or answer any questions you may have over the phone.
